On Saturday the 8th of February Double Cross is teaming up for the second time with TEC ART for the official afterparty of the TEC ART festival.

Expect a mash up of gritty techno, hardcore breaks and industrious rhythms. The hard hitting sonic artillery will be accompanied by mind bending lightworks. With a brand new release coming up on the Double Cross label the XX symbol is aligning with the year 2020. We want to kick off this year in style at our old homebase WORM where XX will shine bright in the night.

Double Cross and TEC ART present…

KILLAWATT (47, Osiris Music / UK)

Occupying the disparate ‘no-man’s land’ between murky, atmospheric techno and experimental bass-laden electronica, 47 and Osiris Music UK protagonist Killawatt provides a no-nonsense and increasingly forensic attitude towards exploratory production. Drums appear constrained from conventional rhythm, a signature dynamism demonstrated through recent material including his debut LP ‘Émigré’ and his more recent EP’s for Tommy Four Seven’s Berlin-based 47 label.

NDMN57 (System Error/ SW)

Ndmn57 is one of the initiators of Gothenburg underground parties such as Experiment Existens, Terror and System Error and the newly opened club LeGung. Expect glitchy, bleak, militant techno.

ROTOR MILITIA

Rotor Militia is a Rotterdam based electronic music project. The music is a combination of techno-driven digital dancefloor beats and hypnotic abstract layers of ritualistic and synthetic sounds. With the upcoming release of Double Cross 001, Rotor Militia started to materialize their output.

LINK

Link is the collaborative project of Easy B and Obnoxious.  Both are founding members of the notorious ZMK sound system and the illusive Double Cross collective. They have combined forces under numerous monikers (with back to back DJ sets) and in multiple vinyl releases. The saga continues in 2020 with the release of Double Cross 001.

RUWEDATA

With roots in the underground tekno/acid scene, his style evolved over the years towards the bassminded styles like dubstep, UK bass, booty and footwork. His sets are full of energy, raw, with the right timing and ahead of the hype.
